* Weekends: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

* $290,000 Salary Guarantee + Production Incentive
* $100,000 Starting Bonus
* $40,000 Longevity Bonus at completion of Year 3
* $15,000 Relocation Allowance

Clinic offices are located within the metro area of Waterloo and Cedar Falls, as well as in 16 surrounding communities.
