Overview
Mercy One Medical Group – Northeast Iowa invites a board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our team at the Kimball Ridge Health Plaza. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a well-established, faith-based clinic with a strong reputation for quality care and innovation.
Location: Mercy One Kimball Family Medicine Suite 400, Waterloo, IA
Employment Type: Full time
Shift: Outpatient-only, full-spectrum family medicine; clinic hours 8:30am–5:00pm, Monday–Friday
Practice Setting: One location with physician-led, team-based care traveled by integrated services in the adjacent hospital.
Responsibilities- Outpatient, full-spectrum family medicine care
- Continuity of care with long-term patient relationships; preventive care, chronic disease management, acute illnesses, and minor procedures
- Team-based approach with nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses, and care coordinators
- Coordinate with in-house lab, imaging, and access to specialty care
- Participation in quality improvement and clinic leadership opportunities
- Two-year salary guarantee with transition to production-based compensation: $290,191 (2-year guarantee)
- $150,000 signing/bonus in addition to base compensation
- Up to $15,000 moving allowance
