Overview
Hybrid - Full-time, Day Shift, M-F
Location: Allen Hospital, Waterloo, IA.
Manages and oversees scheduling and timekeeping for designated departments across the organization for the Workforce Optimization Center. Create schedules and ensure accuracy and consistency with timekeeping and scheduling practices per organizational guidelines.

Responsibilities- Manage scheduling and timekeeping for designated departments across markets
- Maintain position control, open shifts, LOAs, and vacant FTEs; assess scheduling impact
- Create new-hire orientation schedules and reinforce staffing, scheduling, and timekeeping training
- Review and process PTO requests; balance schedules to meet critical staffing needs
- Coordinate incentive shifts, per diem, and supplemental staffing in partnership with unit leaders
- Ensure accurate timecard management; track attendance and support corrective action documentation
- Collaborate with leadership to resolve scheduling, payroll, and timekeeping issues
Education:
- High School diploma/GED required
- Preferred:
Associate s or Bachelor s Degree
Experience:
- At least 1 year of professional experience including data entry, multitasking, and problem solving.
- Preferred:
Scheduling and time keeping experience
