Rural King - Up to $21.35/hour - - Responsibilities:
Provide oversight and leadership to front end operations and lead front end associates;
Oversee cashier transactions, customer service desk layaway transactions, and monthly layaway audits;
Train and develop front end associates and educate them on programs (loyalty, RK Visa, RK Plus Protection Plan);
Manage Buy Online Pick Up In Store (BOPIS) processes and conduct weekly BOPIS audits;
Maintain loss prevention focus by monitoring cash handling and shrink, and ensuring accuracy
