• Utilize the Mercy Nursing Professional Practice Model and nursing process to deliver outstanding patient care.
• Maintain professional accountability for the care of assigned patients.
• Coordinate patient care in collaboration with various departments.
• Uphold patients' rights and confidentiality.
• Function within the scope of nursing practice and adhere to established guidelines.

• Exposure to diverse units: Gain experience in Orthopedics, Med/Surg, Telemetry, Stepdown, ICU, Emergency Department, Behavioral Health, Oncology, Neurology, and more!
• Skill Development: Sharpen your assessment, communication, and teamwork skills in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.
• Flexible Scheduling: Choose from 12-hour shifts (7 AM – 7 PM or 7 PM – 7 AM) or 8-hour evening shifts (3 PM – 11 PM).

• Competitive Pay: Tiered differentials based on unit acuity:
• Tier 3 (Med/Surg): +$5.00/hr
• Tier 2 (Stepdown): +$7.50/hr
• Tier 1 (ICU): +$10.00/hr
• Additional Shift Differentials:
• Evening: +$2.75/hr
• Night: +$4.60/hr
• Weekend: +$1.50/hr
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000 for eligible RNs!

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Experience: 1–2 years of bedside RN experience.
• Education: Nursing degree from an accredited school (BSN preferred).
• License: Current RN license in the state.
• Certifications: BLS through the American Heart Association.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly and perform various physical tasks.
