As a Licensed Practical Nurse in our Regional Float Pool, you'll provide exceptional nursing care across multiple Mercy hospital facilities in the vibrant St. Louis region. This role allows you to specialize in various units, including Med/Surg, ICU, and the Emergency Department.
Position OverviewWe are looking for dedicated LPNs who are ready to make a difference! If you have a current LPN license, relevant clinical certifications, and recent bedside nursing experience, we want you on our team. Shift: Nights
Incentives That Make a Difference- Sign-On Bonus: $2,000 (No Contract Required)
- Base Pay: Determined by Experience
- PLUS: Regional Float Pool Perk and Shift Differentials:
- $2.75 for Evenings
- $3.75 for Nights
- $1.50 for Weekends

- Mercy Perry - Perryville, MO
- Mercy Southeast - Cape Girardeau, MO
- Mercy Stoddard - Dexter, MO
Experience a variety of specialties, including:

Education:
Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program - Licensure: Must maintain a current LPN license in the hiring state and meet all State Board of Nursing requirements
- Experience:
- One year of recent bedside LPN experience for Med/Surg
- Two years of recent bedside LPN experience for specialties like ED and ICU
- Preferred Experience: Epic experience
- Certifications:
- BLS required for Med/Surg
- BLS, ACLS required for Critical Care
- BLS, ACLS, & PALS required for Emergency Department
- IV certification required
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand/walk most of the time, bend, stoop, lift and turn patients with assistance, and push/pull/grip up to 50 pounds
