Are you ready to make a difference? At Mercy, we’re looking for passionate Registered Nurses to join our full-time float pool, providing exceptional care to adult and geriatric patients across various hospital units in our vibrant community.

As a vital member of our Regional Float Pool , you will:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care.
• Utilize your expertise across multiple facilities within our regional footprint.
• Collaborate with diverse care teams to enhance patient outcomes.

Location: Mercy Southeast (Cape Girardeau) and Surrounding Communities

Status: Full Time |
Shift: Nights

• Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 - No Contract Required!
• Competitive Base Pay: Based on Experience, plus additional perks:
• Shift Differentials: $2.75/Evenings, $4.60/Nights, $1.50/Weekends

• Emergency Department (ED): Fast-paced and rewarding environment.
• Labor & Birth (L&D): Support new beginnings.

• Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred).
• Licensure: Current RN license required.
• Experience:
  • 1 year of recent bedside RN experience for Med/Surg.
  • 2 years of recent bedside RN experience for specialties like ED and ICU.
• Certifications: BLS required; additional certifications based on specialty.

Be prepared to stand and walk for most of your shift, with some lifting and turning of patients involved.
