Minimum Qualifications:
- Valid Elementary Michigan Teaching Certificate
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with students, parents, and staff
- Strong communication, technology, and organizational skills
- Competency in the content area of K-5 curriculum
- Flexibility and ability to teach in either a traditional or online format
- Competency in student management and supervision
- Plan, prepare and implement instruction and assessments
- Attention to the social emotional individual needs of students
- Effective use of instructional strategies, materials, resources and interventions for all students
- Planning and organization of instruction for the benefit of all students
- Conduct that serves as models for students and colleagues
