Join our Field Design & Service Center Team! Whether you are just starting your career or an experienced jeweler, we have plenty of opportunities for growth and success. Start as an Apprentice Jeweler completing administrative/clerical tasks and polishing jewelry, and work toward becoming a Bench Jeweler.

• Perform administrative tasks, including customer service and interacting with stores and customers.
• Complete administrative/clerical work and photograph jewelry for intake and tracking.
• Learn basics of jewelry repair, starting with polishing and quality control.
• Participate in a full training program to elevate skills from Apprentice to Jeweler.
• Work in a fast‑paced environment and multi‑task as required.
• Assist with shipping and receiving as needed.

• High school degree or equivalent (preferred but not required).
• Basic knowledge of jewelry or jewelry repair/design (preferred but not required). Passion and desire to learn the jeweler trade are essential.
• Some nights and weekends may be required; full‑time 40‑hour work week with seasonal overtime.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and detail‑oriented skills.
• Basic computer skills.

• Minimum starting rate of $15 per hour; base pay may vary.
• Jeweler certification classes.
