Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Charge Nurse
At New London Rehabilitation and Care, we are seeking a compassionate and experienced LPN Charge Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our residents, while also overseeing the daily operations of the nursing department. New Grads Welcome!
Shift Differentials AvailableShift differentials are available to recognize and reward dedicated nurses for working non-traditional hours.
LPN Charge Nurse Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care by assessing and addressing the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents
- Ensure the efficient and effective operation of the nursing department, including managing medication administration and treatment plans
- Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to develop and implement individual care plans
- Current LPN licensure in the state of Connecticut
- Experience as an LPN, preferably in a long-term care setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment
