What You’ll Be Doing:- Lead and support the nursing team with confidence and compassion
- Oversee daily clinical operations to keep everything running smoothly
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
- Collaborate with leadership to elevate care standards and outcomes
- Foster a positive, growth-focused culture for staff and residents
- Valid CT RN license in good standing
- Strong leadership skills and a steady, encouraging presence
- Previous Experience In Long-term Care Is Strongly Preferred
