Lead Scheduler

Airswift is seeking a Scheduler to support long?term nuclear project initiatives. This role provides scheduling leadership for outage, project, and maintenance activities, ensuring accurate planning, coordination, and execution tracking using Primavera P6. The position requires strong experience in complex, regulated environments and involves working on?site with multi?disciplinary teams.

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 to support nuclear project execution.
• Coordinate schedule inputs with engineering, project management, outage teams, and craft supervisors to ensure alignment.
• Identify critical path issues, analyze delays, and communicate schedule risks or impacts to leadership.
• Prepare schedule reports, progress updates, forecasts, and look?ahead plans for project teams.
• Support on?site execution under a four?10s schedule, ensuring schedules align with regulatory and operational requirements.
• Collaborate across functions to maintain schedule accuracy, support planning efforts, and ensure timely coordination during project phases.

• Proven experience as a Scheduler supporting nuclear, utility, industrial, or energy environments.
• Strong background in Primavera P6 scheduling.
• Experience creating, analyzing, and managing complex CPM schedules.
• Nuclear industry experience strongly preferred.
