Warehouse Associate

In our distribution center, our goal is to get products to our customers as quickly and efficiently as possible. Our Warehouse Associates focus on productivity, accuracy, and safety, taking great pride in the role they play within the Portmeirion Group family of brands.

$16.95 per hour

Full‑time positions offer competitive pay and exceptional benefits.

Work is typically scheduled Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Overtime (paid at 1.5× the regular hourly rate) applies to hours worked over 40 per week. Occasional weekend work may be required during month‑end or special projects.

As a Warehouse Associate, you may work in a variety of roles, including:

• Pull merchandise from stock to fulfill customer orders
• Transport product using a pallet or cart
• Use handheld scanners and paperwork
• Maintain high attention to detail and basic math accuracy

• Inspect merchandise to ensure quality standards
• Pack products into approved shipping containers
• Utilize basic computer skills

• Unload containers and trucks
• Palletize merchandise and count cartons
• Assist with receiving documentation
• Lift up to 50 lbs

• Operate reach trucks, turret trucks, or sit‑down forklifts
• Perform put‑away, replenishment, loading, and unloading
• Powered Industrial Truck certification is a plus (training available)

• Sweep floors and maintain cleanliness
• Break down and dispose of cardboard
• Stack pallets and empty trash
• Lift up to 50 lbs

• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English (Spanish is a plus)
• Basic arithmetic skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
• Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
• Must be 18 years or older

• Physical Requirements
  • Ability to bend, twist, stretch, push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs
