Location:

Waterbury, CT. Immediate hiring for CDL Charter Bus Drivers in Waterbury with flexible hours, possible nights and/or weekends, and a chance to make a difference with local athletic teams, community organizations and school groups. This is an opportunity to join a trusted, safety-focused transportation provider offering part-time and seasonal CDL Charter Bus Driver roles.

• Safely operate a Charter bus on assigned local trips
• Transport students and adults to and from sports events and other activities
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Maintain a clean, safe bus environment
• Communicate courteously with students, parents, and school staff
• Follow all federal, state, local, and company safety rules

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and a CDL A or B
• Must have held a driver’s license for at least 3 years and have the STAR on your license
• Minimum age: 21. If you’ve held a DOT-regulated driving role in the past 3 years, we must be able to verify that employment per DOT guidelines
• Pass DOT drug screen, physical, background check, MVR
• Compliance with DOT regulations (marijuana prohibited, even for medical use)
• Reliable attendance and safety-first attitude

• Competitive hourly pay with weekly direct deposit
• Flexible part-time schedule with split shifts and straight shifts (morning & afternoon)

• Guaranteed minimum hours; sign-on bonuses for CDL A or B with endorsements
