All Trade Industries LLC is seeking a versatile and skilled Handyman to support facility upkeep and on‑site project tasks in Waterbury, CT. The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience across multiple trades—electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general repair—and enjoys problem‑solving in dynamic environments. This is a key role supporting day‑to‑day operations and client‑facing service across commercial and industrial projects.

Perform general maintenance and repair of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and structural systems (wood, metal, concrete).
Diagnose maintenance issues and implement effective, timely solutions.
Assemble and install furniture, fixtures, and hardware.
Interpret blueprints, manuals, and technical drawings.
Operate and maintain tools, equipment, and mobile apps for job tracking.
Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
Follow safety standards and internal company procedures at all times.
Respond to service requests across multiple job sites.
QualificationsProven experience as a handyman or multi‑trade technician.
Familiarity with hardware tools and electrical equipment.
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building systems.
Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical documents.
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
Well‑organized with a high attention to detail.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred SkillsKnowledge of local building codes and safety regulations.
Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
Physical stamina to lift and move heavy objects.
Proficiency with power tools and construction equipment.
