Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service & Sales Support Representative to join the Wholesale Division of a manufacturing client in Waterbury. In this position, you will handle customer orders, provide product support, and assist in sales development activities. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and contribute to the growth of our wholesale business.

Base pay range: $20.00/yr - $22.00/yr

• Enter and process wholesale customer purchase orders
• Send order confirmations and respond to customer inquiries and concerns
• Support the Wholesale Team Leader in sales outreach, including phone communication, sending literature, and tracking samples
• Maintain accurate customer records, pricing details, and shipping information in our system
• Coordinate with internal teams (Engineering, QC, Production, Purchasing, Marketing) to provide product information, specs, certifications, and pricing
• Follow up with current and past customers to explore new sales opportunities

• High school diploma required; additional education is a plus
• 3+ years of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a technical or product-based environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP or CRM systems
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work across departments to resolve issues
• Familiarity with plumbing products such as faucet aerators and their applications in residential, commercial, or institutional settings is a plus
