The Home Services division of Sears focuses on installed Home Improvement products, including siding, doors, roofing, kitchen remodels, cabinet refacing, bathroom remodeling, and heating and air systems.

As a Home Solutions Advisor (HSA), you will work in our local Sears store. Your primary responsibility will be to approach members and customers, offering them the opportunity to schedule a no-cost, no-obligation estimate at their home for any of the home improvement products they choose. There may also be opportunities to attend Home Improvement Trade Shows to generate leads.

Minimum qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to persuade with basic selling skills
• Self-starter with goal focus and self-discipline
• Positive attitude
• Legible handwriting
• Above-average verbal communication skills
• Flexible schedule to meet business needs
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Compensation and benefits:

• $10.50/hr base pay plus bonus; average earnings $14-$16
