Customer Service Rep, Retail Associate/ Customer Service
As a Cashier you are accountable for the customer service and sales experience, including maintaining checkout standards, assisting with general operations such as omnichannel, recovery and inventory, and upholding performance standards relative to shrink/safety and meeting role‑specific performance metrics.
Primary Responsibilities- Customer Service & Sales – Greets and assists customers while providing excellent service, demonstrating WORTH behaviors consistently, and actively engaging customers to resolve problems and assist with credit, rewards and gift card programs. Promotes Find More and other programs to drive sales and enhance service.
- Checkout Standards – Completes checkout processes including returns and re‑ticketing, ensures signing and merchandising standards at all checkouts, stocks and merchandises impulse fixtures and replenishment, and proactively requests assistance when needed. Utilizes the Point of Sale on Mobile Warrior devices to support line management.
- General Operations – Assists with omnichannel efforts, recovery, put backs, fitting‑room maintenance, and participates in annual inventory processes.
- Performance Standards – Supports company shrink and safety initiatives and meets established performance standards for the role consistently, including the iCAP program, product and service sales, customer service, profit, productivity, and attendance.
- Solves problems and makes smart decisions that drive sales, profit, or customer service; executes work efficiently and inspires strong performance in self and others.
- Provides great customer service, cooperates, builds positive inclusive relationships, and takes accountability for actions and outcomes.
- Proactively finds ways to improve the customer experience and takes action with energy and urgency.
- Adapts quickly to changing situations with energy and a positive attitude while holding high standards for results.
