Mobile Experts (ME) work as part of a Retail Team to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They’re brand ambassadors who create energy and excitement around our products and services. They are passionate about the connected world and thrive in a fast-paced environment, where technology innovations, customer needs, and the retail experience are continuously evolving. They build meaningful connections with customers, deepening relationships and uncovering needs to recommend suitable device and service solutions.
This role involves training and development, preparing associates for advancement to Retail Associate Manager. New employees are required to complete training successfully.
- Build proficiency in serving and selling to customers, providing a world-class experience and fostering loyalty.
- Assist customers in continuing their shopping journey online, via Customer Care, or in-store.
- Demonstrate the latest technology and solutions, including accessories and IoT devices.
- Approach customer needs with professionalism, integrity, and compassion.
- Use digital tools effectively during interactions and onboarding to showcase coverage, plans, and services.
- Complete training on in-store experience, systems, and resources.
- Engage in continuous learning about innovations and technologies.
- Collaborate with other T-Mobile employees across channels to enhance the customer experience and identify small business leads.
- Support team initiatives and foster an inclusive environment.
- Passionate about customer service and having fun connecting with people.
- Competitive with a track record of success in sales environments.
- Team-oriented, eager to learn and share ideas.
- Ability to balance customer needs with performance goals.
- At least 6 months of customer service or sales experience, preferably in retail.
