Eastern Connecticut Health Network (ECHN) is inviting Nurse Practitioners (APRN) with a passion for Family Medicine Outpatient Primary Care to apply for a rewarding hospital employed opportunity. We are offering a thriving outpatient practice in the picturesque town of Ellington, Connecticut. Our team consists of skilled internal medicine physicians and dedicated medical assistant. In this role, you will provide comprehensive primary care clinical services with an emphasis on the prevention and management of chronic diseases.

ECHN practice promotes a work-life balance with a Monday through Friday daytime schedule and no call coverage or weekends. We are committed to providing top-quality care through adherence to evidence-based and a strong multidisciplinary team approach. Requirements:

• Graduate advanced degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program must have 2 or more years of experience preferred as a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner
• Connecticut License, Federal DEA, and Controlled Substance Registration (CSR) or soon eligible
