Direct Hire | $60,000–$64,000 (can stretch for a perfect fit)

Schedule: Day shift,
10-hour shifts

We’re hiring a hands-on Maintenance Technician to keep our pharmaceutical packaging operation running safely, smoothly, and in full cGMP compliance
. You’ll install, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain the equipment and facility systems that keep production moving.

• 5+ years of experience in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing OR Pharmaceutical/Nutraceutical Packaging Facility Operations (Both is awesome, but you must have one or the other.)
• Troubleshooting and repair experience
• GMP/cGMP environment experience

• Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on packaging equipment such as: blister machines, cartoners, labelers, conveyors
• Maintain and troubleshoot facility systems including: AHUs, chillers, boilers, air compressors (and related equipment)
• Perform equipment setup per SOPs and operator manuals
• Read and interpret manuals, schematics, and drawings
• Support root cause analysis and recommend tests, adjustments, repairs, or replacements
• Handle emergency/unscheduled repairs to minimize downtime
• Complete and document maintenance work orders per SOP and GMP requirements
• Inspect for cleanliness and follow all site safety and regulatory procedures
• Assist with facility maintenance tasks and other duties as assigned (including pest control, as needed)

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strongly preferred: technical certification, trade school, or associate degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Maintenance)
• Plus: training/certs in cGMP, pharma manufacturing, or equipment-specific maintenance

• 5+ years maintenance experience in Pharmaceutical/Nutraceutical Packaging, Manufacturing, or Automation
• Highly preferred:
  Electrical and Automation experience
• Comfortable with basic plumbing, electrical, and facility repair tasks
• Strong with hand and power tools
• Understands production environments, quality, and safety expectations
• Organized, dependable, analytical, calm under pressure, and a solid team player
• Knowledge of SAE and Metric measuring systems
• Able to operate forklift, scissor lift, and other motorized equipment as needed

• Work at heights (ladder/scissor lift)
• Push/pull heavy loads daily
• Stand for 2+ hours
• Work in hot/cold, unconditioned environments
