Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and automation-related equipment.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot PLCs (preferred: Allen-Bradley, Siemens) and industrial control systems.
  • Work with robotic systems, including preventative maintenance and basic programming/adjustments.
  • Support and repair conveyors, hydraulic systems, motors, sensors, pumps, and pneumatics.
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and PLC ladder logic.
  • Assist in the installation and integration of new machinery and automation systems.
  • Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance with minimal downtime.
  • Collaborate with engineers, operators, and vendors to improve equipment performance and reliability.
  • Maintain documentation of repairs, modifications, and maintenance procedures.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in a maintenance or automation technician role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting background.
  • Experience with PLCs (troubleshooting, editing, or programming).
  • Familiarity with robotics and automated machinery.
  • Working knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
salary: $75,000 - $95,000 per year
