Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of a production facility
• Supervise approximately 3 direct reports and 10 indirect reports
• Hiring, terminations, employee reviews, and scheduling
• Ensure outgoing products meet customer specifications
• Manage budgets, allocate personnel and materials to meet deadlines
• Participate in compliance audits
• Pull production reports
• Drive process improvements

Typical work hours are 6:00 AM–4:30 PM, Monday–Thursday. May need to assist on weekends when production is running.
