As a Logistics Coordinator
, you will play a crucial part in ensuring smooth, accurate, and high-quality fulfillment operations for PERGOLUX customers across North America. • Coordinate daily outbound flows, including printing pick slips, finalizing WMS logic, and assigning pick teams.

• Oversee palletizing, strapping, outbound QC, and conduct final truck‑loading quality checks.

• Print and apply shipping labels, schedule 3PL pickups, and ensure secure, on‑time shipments.

• Enter tracking information in Shopify, manage automated shipping communications, and monitor fulfillment accuracy.

• Conduct QC on returns, process rebox/repair items, restock inventory, and support improvements to the returns workflow.

• 3–5 years of experience in logistics coordination, warehouse operations, or a related field.

• Strong computer skills, including WMS proficiency, spreadsheets, and professional communication tools.

• Experience with warehouse workflows, quality control, and hands‑on operational processes.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and time‑management skills.

• A proactive, problem‑solving mindset with the ability to work independently while closely supporting the Warehouse Manager.
