Seeking an experienced One Shield Architect to lead end-to-end solution design across Policy, Billing, and Claims platforms for P&C insurance. The role involves translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions, defining product configuration strategies, and ensuring upgrade-safe architecture aligned with One Shield best practices.

• Architect product configuration (rating, underwriting rules, workflows, forms, coverages).
• Lead integration architecture (APIs, payment gateways, document systems, data providers).
• Define data/object models and reporting-ready structures.
• Drive platform upgrades, modernization, and cloud initiatives.
• Ensure performance, scalability, governance, and regulatory compliance.
• Mentor teams and collaborate with Product, Underwriting, Actuarial, QA, and Dev Ops.

• Strong P&C policy lifecycle expertise.
• Deep experience in One Shield configuration framework.
• Rating & underwriting logic design knowledge.
• Upgrade-safe and performance-focused design mindset.
