Test Lead​/Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced QA professional with over 14 years of testing expertise in the Salesforce domain, particularly in Salesforce Field Service. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and validating QA processes independently and leading transformation activities, including transitioning from incumbent vendors.

Key skills include proficiency in automation tools such as Selenium, Leapwork, and Copado Test Automation, along with experience managing Onsite-Offshore models. Knowledge of testing tools like JIRA, and understanding of various testing types (manual, automated, performance) are essential.

The candidate should be skilled in scripting languages such as Python and Java, and familiar with automation tools like Jenkins and TestNG, as well as performance testing tools like Load Runner and JMeter. A solid understanding of SDLC, integration, and system testing is required.
