• Planning and Implementing Housing Options for Long-term Success (PILOTS) team
• Train and supervise outreach staff to ensure appropriate service delivery through field
• Assist outreach staff with time management: manages logistics of client coverage and assists when necessary
• Participate in on-call system to ensure service delivery minimum coverage standard to ensure timely and effective service delivery
• Use a counseling approach that uses both motivational interviewing and harm-reduction
• Provide assistance to staff in securing housing, move-in, relocations, interventions in eviction processes, rent arrears and housing stability
• Provide crisis intervention

• BA/BS Degree in Mental Health related field preferred
• HS Diploma or GED required
• One year supervisory experience required
• Extensive experience in human services strongly preferred

$55, annually
