Position Purpose
At Saint Mary’s Hospital, the Emergency Department is a Level II Trauma Center. This unit is a primary stroke center and is a pediatric receiving facility. The unit consists of 46 beds, 8 of which are emergency behavioral health beds. You will engage with staff from the unit, build relationships, learn different types of nursing, and become savvy with new skill sets.

Position Purpose

The unit consists of 46 beds, 8 of which are emergency behavioral health beds. You will engage with staff from the unit, build relationships, learn different types of nursing, and become savvy with new skill sets.
You Will Do
In this critical role you will be part of a multi-disciplinary team, play an active part in unit shared decision making, and enjoy practice autonomy using nurse driven protocols.
Minimum Qualifications- Education:
High School Graduate - BLS or CPR certification:
Current American Heart Association or American Red Cross will be accepted. - Ability to pass drug screenings and background checks.
- Experience:
1-3 years of Emergency Services experience. Emergency Department experience is preferred.
- Full time – 36 hours – Nights 7pm - 7am
