Griffin Welding is a growing fabrication and welding contractor based in Waterbury, CT, specializing in DOT projects, structural steel, miscellaneous metals, and more. We take pride in delivering high-quality work on time and building lasting client relationships. As we expand, we are looking for driven Project Managers to lead jobs from start to finish.

• Manage all project phases from pre-construction through closeout
• Coordinate with field crews, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Track project schedules, budgets, and progress
• Ensure compliance with DOT requirements and safety regulations
• Submit and track RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality and progress
• Communicate project status to ownership and clients
• Assist with estimating and bidding on new work

• 3+ years of PM experience in welding, fabrication, or structural construction
• DOT / public works experience preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and project specifications
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; PM software a plus
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred
