Assignment length:
Approximately 2 Months, with potential to extend or convert into permanent based on performance and business needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • File, sort, and scan confidential vault documents into designated folders, including employee personnel files and other administrative records.
  • Perform high-volume administrative tasks with a strong focus on accuracy and organization.
  • Handle and process sensitive personally identifiable information (PII) in accordance with confidentiality and data protection standards.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical records to support HR operations.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and HR professionals to ensure timely completion of document management tasks.
  • Fully onsite role requiring consistent attendance and reliability.

Requirements:

  • High attention to detail with strong organizational and document management skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a fully onsite environment.
  • Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude and ability to work closely with peers.
  • Prior experience in administrative support, document processing, or a similar environment preferred.
  • Entry-level HR background or exposure to personnel file management is a plus.
