You are the boss on shift, ensuring everyone follows policies, manages staff and maintains a great customer experience. This role supports Domino's goal of being the best pizza delivery company.

• Oversee everything during the shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
• Set an example and enforce 100% compliance with policy and procedures, expecting the same from crew members.
• Manage staffing, paperwork, scheduling, and ensure store cleanliness.
• Control costs, food management, marketing, and overall profitability.
• Maintain a perfect store image and adherence to company standards.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining attendance and punctuality.
• Transport to/from work, manage delivery routes, and deliver product by vehicle.

• Operate all store equipment and prepare meals.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, walk‑in cooler, and work area.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility daily.
• Use written and verbal communication to convey instructions and receive customer orders.
• Perform accurate arithmetic, including making correct monetary change; use calculator if needed.
• Enter orders using computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Demonstrate motor coordination between eyes and hands for precise movements.
• Navigate delivery routes, read maps, and handle adverse terrain with a valid driver’s license and insured vehicle.

• Standing, walking, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 50 pounds, including large ingredient cases and pizza dough.
• Frequently bending, reaching, and squatting to stock shelves, clean low areas, and operate equipment.
• Operate hot surfaces and tools (oven up to 500°F).
• Drive and deliver pizzas within the designated area, navigating up to five flights of stairs.

• Worked in varying indoor temperatures (36–90°F) and outside in traffic and weather.
• Exposure to food fumes, cornmeal dust, and cramped quarters.
