Onsite Job Coach & Skills Mentor

A supportive care organization in Alaska seeks candidates to assist clients with job-related tasks at their worksites. Responsibilities include guiding clients to increase independence, maintaining communication with staff, and documenting progress. Ideal applicants will have good time management, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills, and be at least 18 years old. Experience is preferred but not required, as training will be provided for eager-to-learn individuals.

This position works Monday through Friday from 9:30 am to 5:00 pm, with flexibility based on client scheduling.
