We’re on the hunt for a Client Service Representative (CSR) who can juggle phones, appointments, and furry visitors like a circus star—while still making every client feel like they just walked into a five‑star spa.

• Greeting clients with your brightest smile and making every visit a pawsitive experience
• Answering phones, scheduling appointments, and being the go‑to guru for client questions
• Helping our veterinarians and techs with admin tasks (we promise they’re lovable, but busy!)
• Keeping client records up‑to‑date and the reception area looking fabulous
• Basically being the heart and soul of our front desk—without needing a stethoscope

• Someone with previous customer service or veterinary experience (bonus points if you can speak “pup” or “meow”)
• A multitasking wizard who can answer the phone while soothing a nervous kitty
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and ready to roll with a positive attitude
• Computer‑savvy, reliable, and as dependable as a Labrador fetching a ball
