As an RN, you will be responsible for providing direct care to patients experiencing psychiatric crises, ensuring their safety, and supporting their mental health treatment plans.

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Psychiatric Emergency Department
• Conduct thorough assessments, including mental health evaluations and crisis intervention
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the attending physician
• Educate patients and families about mental health conditions and available resources
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records

Candidate requirements

• 1-2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a psychiatric or emergency setting
• BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required
• Strong assessment and communication skills, particularly in high-stress environments
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
