• Provide exceptional nursing care to patients across different units within the hospital.
• Assess patient conditions, develop and implement individualized care plans, and monitor progress.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per physician orders and hospital protocols.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans, medications, and post-hospital care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and progress.
• Adapt quickly to different hospital departments and provide support where needed.

Candidate requirements

Required:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Alaska Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
• 1 year of nursing experience.
