Housekeeper, Maintenance​/Cleaning

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Fleming Island, FL, for a Housekeeper. The Housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness across various areas, including rooms and common spaces. Duties will include cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and performing laundry tasks. Additional responsibilities involve replenishing supplies, reporting maintenance needs, and ensuring that health and safety standards are upheld at all times.

The role requires attention to detail, effective time management, and a commitment to creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests and employees.

• Skills in Laundry tasks, including washing, drying, and folding linens and clothing
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with colleagues and guests
• Excellent Organization skills to plan and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Willingness to undergo and participate in Training to ensure compliance with cleanliness and safety standards
• Physical stamina to perform tasks involving lifting, bending, and long periods of standing
• High level of reliability and punctuality
• Previous experience in housekeeping or related fields is a plus but not required
