- Provide physical therapy treatment in compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patient function, strength, and endurance.
- Routinely assess and update care plans to ensure the best patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and self‑care techniques.
- Supervise and delegate tasks to Physical Therapist Assistants and Technicians.
- Maintain clear and ongoing communication with the care team to support patient needs.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of observations and treatment progress.
- Current Physical Therapy License in the state of Alaska.
- 2+ years of experience (preferred).
- Strong communication & time management skills
. - Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
. - Proof of current auto insurance & vehicle registration
. - Fingerprint clearance card (we can assist with obtaining one).
- CPR certification & negative TB test (we can help with these as well).
