Responsibilities:

• Assist in evaluating and assessing patients' conditions, working closely with our licensed Physical Therapists.
• Treatment Implementation:
  
  Implement treatment plans as directed by the Physical Therapist, providing hands-on therapy, therapeutic exercises, and manual techniques.
• Progress Monitoring:
  
  Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Patient
  
  Education:
  
  Educate patients on proper techniques for exercises and activities.
• Accurate Documentation:
  
  Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Collaboration:
  
  Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care.

  Keep up-to-date with advancements in physical therapy techniques and technologies.

Requirements:

• Education:
  
  Associates degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Licensure:
  
  Valid Alaska state license or certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Knowledge:
  
  Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
• Skills:
  
  Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Problem-Solving:
  
  Exhibit excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
