• Providingdailypatientcare,monitoring,and charting in EHR foresketamine program.
• Responsible for ordering medication through variouspharmacies and communicating shipmentschedules. Including logging and proper inventory.
• Obtaining prior authorizations for new patients and maintaining authorizations for active patients.
• Maintaining compliance with REMS, DEA, Med log audits etc.
• Providing Spravato consultsto potential patients as needed.
• Providing a safe and therapeutic environment for daily treatment sessions
• Office administrative tasksinclude but are not limitedtoanswering phones,sending scheduling reminders,maintainingofficeinventory,and communicating patient schedulingwithin-houseproviders

• Experience working in a medical office and/or mental healthsettingpreferred.
• Previous EHR experience and medical insurance experience preferred.
• Ability to maintain professional appearance and demeanor, and interface well with patients in a mental health setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

$22 - $24 an hour

shifts up to 8 hours a day, 3 times a week (Thursdays and Fridays required) for a total of 12 weeks starting on 1/15/2026
