This role involves inspecting, cleaning, and arranging vehicles, managing keys, and maintaining the dealership’s lot. Responsibilities also include recording damage, preparing vehicles for delivery, fueling them, and ensuring the dealership’s appearance is well-kept.

- Inspects vehicles to detect damage and to verify the presence of accessories listed on the invoice
- Records the description of damages and lists missing items on the delivery receipt
- Parks new vehicles in assigned areas
- Catalogs and stores keys
- Moves sold vehicles to maximize use of space and keep the lot in order
- Delivers sold vehicles to the new-vehicle preparation department
- Washes vehicle exteriors using all the proper cleaning solutions and equipment
- Vacuum interior of vehicles to remove all loose dirt and debris, while carefully not disturbing customers personal items
- Park clean cars in designated area for delivery
- Maintain dealership presence- cleaning up around the lot, look for garbage, etc.
- Prep new vehicles for PDI to be performed
- Gas up sold vehicles, trade’s etc.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work setting.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record that meets company standards.
Driving is an essential function of this position. Applicants must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain an acceptable driving record consistent with company insurance standards throughout employment.
