Picker Puller​/Warehouse

Overview

We Are Searching For: Warehouse / Parts Puller

Location: Kalama, WA

Pay: $20+/hr DOE

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Overtime as needed

• Pull parts accurately based on order tickets or service requests
• Verify part numbers and quantities for accuracy
• Package, label, and prepare parts for shipment or delivery
• Receive incoming inventory and stock in correct locations
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory control
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely
• Work closely with the parts and service teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
• Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and safe
• Load and unload deliveries as needed
• Take on other warehouse tasks as assigned

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong attention to detail, safety mindset, and work ethic
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Comfortable using basic warehouse tools and equipment

• Previous warehouse or parts pulling experience
• Reliable transportation and attendance
• Ability to pass a Background and UA Screening (Including THC)
• Forklift experience (or willingness to get certified)
• Maintain Safety compliance with RCW

• Familiarity with heavy equipment or forestry parts
• Experience using inventory or warehouse management systems
• Mechanically inclined and general math skills
