• Know how to swim. Ideally understand all four strokes and appreciate the water.
• Love working with children and seeing them progress.
• Be upbeat, fun‑loving, and ready to enjoy having fun ing fun is mandatory.
• This is a year‑round position seeking longer‑term employees. It is not a summer job.
• Be able to work weekend mornings (Saturday or Sunday or both) from 8:30 am–2 pm.
• Be able to start weekdays at 3:30 pm.
• Have reliable transportation to any of our area locations.
• Current Bothell location hours:
  Monday 3:15 pm–7 pm;
  Tuesday 3:15 pm–7 pm;
  Wednesday 3:15 pm–7 pm;
  Thursday 3:15 pm–7 pm;
  Saturday 10:45 am–3:15 pm. Additional hours are available at our Lynnwood location on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays.

Shifts range from 3–5 hours and are designed to be flexible around school or other jobs. Weekend mornings (Saturday/Sunday 8:30 am–2 pm) and weekday afternoons (3:30 pm or later) are required.
