About the RoleWe're recruiting two Rent Assessment Officers. The role involves undertaking rental reviews for FHL tenants following a framework and ensuring a robust, fair, and equitable assessment of the amount of rent to be paid. The Rent Assessment Officer interacts with tenants, internal staff, and agencies to help determine rental amounts and any additional financial entitlements that may be applicable.
What Makes You Ideal for This RoleExcellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Proven ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and intermediate to advanced PC skills working within MS Suite.
High level literacy and numeracy skills.
Ideally you also have the following knowledge and experience:
- Knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act (desirable).
- Previous experience working with Centrelink payments and entitlements (desirable).
- Previous experience working with SharePoint (desirable).
The successful applicant for this position will be required to provide a National Police Check.

Salary is negotiable, based on experience and skills.
