OFFERED SALARY RANGE: $19.87-$21.49
FULL SALARY RANGE: $19.87-$52.96 per/hr.

Summary
The Maintenance Technician plays a critical role in maintaining the safety, functionality, and appearance of our facilities, which include apartments, offices, and warehouses. This position encompasses a wide range of responsibilities—from routine upkeep to complex repairs—mirroring the versatility of a skilled homeowner, contractor, and facilities professional. Technicians are expected to perform tasks across multiple trades, respond to urgent needs, and contribute to the overall quality and livability of our properties and agency.
