West Coast Training in Woodland, WA, is currently seeking a knowledgeable and experienced full-time NCCCO Instructor to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven history of longevity with previous employers and substantial experience in Mobile Cranes, Tower Cranes, and Rigging/Signaling.

A minimum of 2 years of experience within the crane industry is required. The successful candidate must demonstrate the ability to work independently, exhibit flexibility, and engage professionally with both students and colleagues. Strong organizational skills are essential for maintaining attendance and training documentation. While NCCCO certification is preferred, it is not a mandatory qualification.

• Minimum of 2 years experience in the crane industry
• Ability to communicate effectively with others (oral and written)
• Physical, intellectual, and leadership abilities needed to perform duties of crane operation training and classroom instruction
• Team-oriented and results-driven
• Neat and clean appearance
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test
