Tessera is looking for a dedicated and reliable Electrician Lead with a positive, professional attitude.

This role involves repairing, testing, and maintaining electrical systems and equipment, including generators, motors, and intercom systems. The Electrician Lead conducts regular inspections, keeps detailed maintenance records, and ensures all work meets safety and code standards. In addition to performing hands-on electrical duties, this person will provide guidance, training, and support to a team of electricians, serving as both a leader and a skilled technician.
** Typical duties include but are not limited to:
** Must have the ability to distinguish between different wire colors. Lead team to learn assigned tasks and gain knowledge of required abilities necessary to maintain workload

* Qualifications:

** Minimum of 5 years of Electrician experience required; experience in Commercial and Electrical Systems and Controls preferred

A combination of previous experience and education will be considered.

Ability to read and understand schematics and blueprints. Must have the ability and be willing to work outside of normal working hours such as after hours and weekends, in the event of unplanned outage
