** Nightwing is seeking an experienced Sig Reduction Specialist/Instructor
** Responsibilities
* ** Develop and deliver specialized training programs on signature reduction techniques.
* Facilitate real-world scenarios to provide practical application of signature reduction principles.
* Assess student performance ensuring comprehension and readiness for operational deployment.
* Provide individualized support to students related to signature reduction concepts and techniques.
* Stay current with emerging technologies, threats, and methodologies related to signature reduction.
** Requirements:
*** Must be a US Citizen.
* L3 and SFQC, SEAL or MARSOC, qualification graduate. Female instructors should be a graduate of a Military Source Operations (MSO) Cat 1, Field Tradecraft Course (FTC) or Defense Advanced
* Tradecraft Course (DATC).
* 4 years operational or 8 years interagency experience.
* DoD Instructor Training Course (ITC) Certified.
* Have conducted L2 training within 12 months.
* Possess Active Top Secret clearance with SCI indoctrination.
* Possess driver's license, credit card and insurance
* Ability to walk 6 consecutive miles, skilled in map reading, land navigation, air and land infiltration, communications, planning and report writing.
* Ability to use MS Office.
** Highly Desired

Skills:

*** ATC or APC Graduate.
* Former L3 instructor.
* Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
* Familiarity with instructional design principles and training methodologies.
* Proficiency in using training tools and technologies, including virtual platforms, and multimedia aids.
