• Execute targeted sales strategies to drive capital equipment sales aligned with revenue and margin goals
• Identify and develop new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing customers
• Prepare and present persuasive proposals, ensuring alignment with pricing programs and contracts
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery, installation, and post-sale support
• Share customer insights and competitive intelligence with sales leadership to inform strategy

• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in a sales role, with at least 1 year in management
• Proven track record in sales, particularly in capital equipment and technologies
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and budgeting workflows
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for relationship building
• Ability to manage a structured sales plan with performance objectives

• Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in a related discipline;
  Master's degree is a plus
• Experience in leading virtual, cross-functional teams
• Strong leadership and team development capabilities
• Familiarity with GPO contracts and tiered pricing structures
• Technically proficient with relevant tools and industry-specific knowledge
