Account Executive

Device Rescue is seeking an experienced Account Executive to support our continued growth by developing and closing new business opportunities. This role is designed for an independent sales professional who is comfortable operating in a commission-only environment and managing their own pipeline.

This position is offered as an independent contractor (1099) and is not an employee role.

Key Responsibilities Prospect and develop new business opportunities

Conduct outbound outreach, including cold calling, to HR, IT, and Operations decision-makers

Present Device Rescue services, pricing, and value proposition

Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through close

Serve as the primary point of contact for accounts you close

Support customer inquiries related to active accounts

Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts

Maintain accurate deal, account, and pipeline records

Build long-term customer relationships to support account growth and retention

Qualifications

Prior B2B sales experience required

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Self-directed and results-oriented

Comfortable with commission-only compensation

Experience selling services or SaaS solutions preferred

Compensation Structure Commission paid on collected revenue

Uncapped earning potential

Ongoing commission on active accounts originated and managed by the contractor

Work Environment Fully remote

Independent, self-managed role Additional Information This is a commission-only independent contractor position. There is no base salary, hourly wage, or benefits associated with this role. Contractors are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and business expenses.
