• Lead sales within the assigned territory to achieve or exceed individual sales targets
• Maintain and grow market share with existing customers
• Serve as a strategic partner to fleet customers across all stages of account management
• Collaborate with teams and partner dealers to ensure fleet needs are fully met
• Develop sales strategies that drive growth within existing accounts

• 3 years of sales experience combined with a bachelor’s degree, or 8 years of sales experience as an equivalent
• Demonstrated experience managing strategic customer relationships
• Ability to identify growth opportunities by developing or executing innovative sales strategies
• Background in business-to-business sales is considered an advantage

• Strong expertise in solution-focused selling
• Solid time-management skills and strong business and financial acumen
• Organizational know-how and strong negotiation skills
